PAYMENT:
After booking an apartment you would be kindly asked to pay an advance equal to 30% of the total cost. The remaining sum should be paid in cash when entering the apartment.
Check in: from 16:00 (4 p.m.)
Check out: not later than 10:00 (10 a.m.)

• Smoking is allowed in the apartments.
• Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. please be respectful of neighbours.
POOL RULES:
• Considering that this is an apartment house, we have pool rules. So to ensure that everybody can have a peaceful time while enjoying lunch on the balcony or while taking an afternoon nap, our pool is closed between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. During these hours, those who would like to take a swim, can do so in the sea which is distanced a couple of steps from the apartments.
